ISL Analytics Among 57 Finalists Selected from 400+ Applicants for PG&E’s 2025 Pitch Fest
ISL Analytics was invited to participate in Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s 2025 Innovation Pitch Fest following a highly competitive selection process that drew more than 400 applicants nationwide. As one of only 57 organizations chosen, ISL Analytics presented its wildfire resilience platform, DRx FireGuard, during the event held September 23–25 at PG&E’s Oakland headquarters, with its presentation taking place on September 24.
The Pitch Fest brought together leading organizations advancing innovation in climate technology, grid modernization, and wildfire mitigation. ISL Analytics’ selection highlights the strength of its data-driven approach to addressing the growing challenges facing electric utilities operating in high-risk wildfire environments.
Building on the momentum of PG&E’s prior Innovation Summits and Pitch Fest events, the 2025 gathering focused on identifying scalable solutions that can strengthen grid safety, reliability, and resilience across California’s energy infrastructure.

Through DRx FireGuard, ISL Analytics demonstrated an advanced wildfire risk management and grid resilience platform designed to help utilities proactively mitigate wildfire threats while maintaining safe and reliable service. The platform enables utilities to prevent infrastructure-related ignitions, reduce the scale and duration of Public Safety Power Shutoffs, forecast highly localized ignition risk conditions, and support safe, efficient, and data-informed re-energization decisions.
By integrating inspection data from satellites, drones, real-time weather intelligence, field inspections, and grid-connected sensors, DRx FireGuard provides a unified and defensible view of wildfire risk. This centralized intelligence supports regulatory compliance, strengthens operational decision-making, and accelerates restoration efforts, ultimately reducing customer impact and enhancing grid resilience.
